Raspberry Pi Weekly

Howdy,

Raspberry Pi Weekly is 500 years old! Wait... that's not how it works. We are 500 issues old. That's it. Still cool. How long have you been signed up for? I started writing them about 200 issues ago; it's what keeps me young. Ben and Ryan, if you're still reading, thank you for starting this good thing.

Over the last couple of weeks, Raspberry Pi Connect came out of beta, and it's better than ever. We also made more improvements to Raspberry Pi OS, and enjoyed a blast from the past playing Snake on an LED matrix powered by a Raspberry Pi Pico 2.

We found out how Raspberry Pi and our partners SECO are supporting industrial IoT developers, with Clea IIoT software now available natively in Raspberry Pi OS. We rounded off the week with some really interesting insights into why, despite living in a high-tech world, many young children still struggle to use a desktop computer, and discovered how we can help break that trend.

Have a great weekend, and we'll see you for issue #501!
